Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, returning your item is easy.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

How to Return:

1. Simply email us at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
3. Ship the package to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged/Defective Items: Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover the return shipping.

Policy Changes: This policy may be updated.
